Day 187 – Today Rolf asks us: “What practices render you a conduit through which the creative energy can flow freely?” Sauca, purity, is described as a “noble” endeavor and a sort of “art.” In the opening quote, we look at how art and yoga aim for the re-establishment of our own personal connection with the world around us according to our own inner creativity.
This section of the book, Rolf had explained early, is about putting into words the wordless reality or the personal reality as told by authors, yogis, Rolf’s students, etc. Just like all things in life, Rolf asks: “What works for you?” We all have to find our own way to health and balance.
