“Eyes Empty of Rules and Measures”

Day 173 – Today’s reading prepares us for the “unspeakable” aspect of yoga practice, our experience on the mat, which cannot be put into words, although we try to. Similarly, Rolf opens up this reading with a wonderful quote about the art of yoga and ends inviting us to “stand alone and lookmupon the world with eyes empty of rules and measures, as artists whose lives are our art.
